Sonya, tonya, wana is a HORRIBLE MANAGER, EVERY TIME I ASK FOR FOOD SHE DONT MAKE IT FRESH, EVERYTIME I GO TO THE DRIVE THRU LATE NIGHT SHE ALWAYS SAYING THE APP DOWN AND ITS CASH ONLY BUT ITS ALWAYS ONLY HER SHIFT, SHE LIED ABOUT HER NAME SHE TOLD ME SONYA, TONYA IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE ITS WANA , SHE TOLD ME AND MY BOYFRIEND DONT COME BACK BECAUSE WE WANTED FRESH FOOD, TOLD US ITS OUR JOB TO MAKE SURE OUR FOOD FRESH WHEN WE ASK AT THE SPEAKER AND THEY TRIED TO BE FUNNY STATING “ EVERYTHING WE MAKE IS FRESH” SO IT SHOULD BE FRESH BEFORE ITS SERVED TO US THATS WHAT WE EXPECT AS CUSTOMERS NONE OTHER!!!! This was not the best McDonalds I’ve ever had. The food took 20 minutes to get. When our order was received, it was cold like it had been sitting out for a while. Staff was slammed, but got mad when simple questions were asked.

I like their burgers, but don't care for McDonalds breakfast. This place was unfortunately one of the "new" ones that no longer offer customer access to fountain drink refills, and you are also forced to use one of the horrible touch screen displays to enter your order. I really hope McDonalds reverse course on this sad development as I see it as a huge step backwards.

My kids and I had dinner there and while we were eating a bug started to crawl towards our table and I kicked it, it hid, then it came back my child kid it and it rolled under another table and it was dead, I believe its a roch, I told the manager he said ok, nothing was done, so I told an employee he swept it up and that was all no sanitary stardards took place, definitely wont be back, we are grossed out
