I witnessed the manager, Naomi, throwing items at a customer while I was waiting for my food. During the incident, she continued throwing drinks, and some of them struck me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The manager demonstrated very poor conflict resolution skills, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. No customer should ever feel unsafe while inside your establishment. Due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location.
This occurred on Wednesday. I have attached a photo of the manager involved in the incident. She is the red.

The hours posted on the door are not respected; they say to open at 6 am and close at 11 pm. I went with my family at 10 pm and they said they were already closed. The place was dirty during the short time I was there, the manager was very rude, and he let other people sit down to eat while he kicked us out.

Whether I'm physically ordering anything or ordering from Ubereats, the service is always slow and it always takes a long time to receive my order. The area is very sketchy and dangerous being near 2 Siegel Suite properties. The homeless are always in and around the restaurant begging. I don't feel comfortable whenever I'm in this area. They receive a good number of business whenever there's a convention event whenever tourists are wakyon the street. They need to hire security.

I went here to try and buy food after work today at around 1pm, I had a serious cut on my hand I asked for a simple bandaid so I could stop bleeding and the female behind the counter said she cannot help me, I've worked at restaurants and it is mandatory to have a first aid kit. What if a worker cuts themselves or has a open wound?? Are they going to just bleed all over the food.. Horrible service, poor way to treat a customer I didn't even want to eat after all that occurred
