    I went to McDonald’s at around 5:30 this morning and I had a mobile order but forgot to add a sweet tea. So I wanted to add a second order for a sweet tea, there was nobody else in the drive thru and the lady claimed she was the manager and kept saying “we only allow one order per vehicle”. I have never heard of that as I have worked at McDonald’s and get two separate orders in the drive thru all the time. It took about 5 times of me asking until they finally did the second order. Terrible service

    Fairly early in the night, lobby closed. I was on break and have a huge ford transit van that is too tall to fit through the drive thru. I was ignored on foot and at the drive thru window was told to leave like I'm a crackhead or something. I very much hate car dependent businesses. I won't be returning here out of pure annoyance. How dare I not have a car or a car of appropriate size.

    It says drive thru open 24hrs but its 3:53am and i pulled up to the drive thru window and they are telling me they are closed and not taking orders. So can i sue them for false advertising???

    This place was a disaster, my father in law order to drinks, waited 20 minutes then talked to someone there and was told he never ordered, he had a receipt and that number was on the screen.. would never go back there .
