  While ordering i asked an employee if i could use the restroom he was quite rude informing me they were for paying customers only.i told him my wife was ordering he said fine and opened it other than that it was good

  Now day's is hard to order to Go food. Not happy with the results of my order. I ordered ff no salt . Big Mac No pickles no onions, they repeat the order however was salt in my ff. And pickles and onions in my sandwich. THAT'S WHY !!!! I hold the line to check my items. I didn't do it this time trusting this Coorp store. Lol... SORRY that's why Mc Donald's was my last option driving to our Hotel in Vegas.

  Behold, a most lamentable chronicle of culinary disappointment: The repast in question was anything but swift, a full 28 minutes elapsed betwixt the surrender of coin and the receipt of victuals an unconscionable delay that tried the soul. The hash browns arrived in a state of commendable inferno, veritably scorching the tongue. Yet the sandwiches, alas, were but tepid, scarcely more than lukewarm, as though they had lingered too long in some indifferent limbo. Given such an extended vigil, one might reasonably have presumed that every morsel was prepared fresh and to order. Instead, the establishment proved a theater of discontent: numerous patrons preceding me in the queue vociferously demanded restitution of their funds. In truth, during my near half-hour ordeal, I observed far more souls retreating to the water closet than emerging triumphant with their long-awaited sustenance. A sorry spectacle indeed.

  Horrible McDonald's !!! Drive thru is a nightmare. Used to be good, but the good employees are gone. Slow, inaccurate orders. Lousy made sandwiches, they skimp on toppings. Expensive, overpriced, casino pricing. The only reason I go there is because I pass it on the way to work. And I regret it everytime!! Go to the one at Tropicana and Jones, everything is a dollar cheaper. They are fast and efficient. Food always fresh and properly made. It's 10 times better. Worth the drive. Larger dining room, fast efficient drive thru, and a PLAY PLACE.

  Monique i hope you’re reading this and realize it’s not worth fighting your customers over a hash brown and a frappe lol. This McDonald’s location is a mess. the service is consistently disappointing, the place feels poorly run, and the attitude from the staff is just terrible. Every visit ends up being more frustrating than the last. they can’t seem to get an order right, and when you try to politely point it out, they act like you’re the problem don’t waste your time here go to a different McDonald’s that actually cares about its customers.
