On November 22, 2025, between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, the female employee working the register was extremely rude, aggressive, and argumentative toward both Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers. I witnessed one driver walk away after an interaction with her, and instead of moving on, she continued making rude remarks about the driver after they left.
What made the situation even worse was that she was the one causing the confusion, yet she claimed she was going to “report” the driver for a mistake that was actually hers. The driver was simply trying to assist another driver who had a question about the platform.
This kind of behavior creates a hostile environment and makes it difficult for delivery drivers to do their jobs. It reflects poorly on the store regardless of if you call her names in Spanish or English!!!

I visited your location to pick up a mobile order on 11/222025 At 7:54 am I followed the required process by entering the confirmation numbers from my receipt into my phone. The employee on duty witnessed me complete this step, and the order was already verified in the system.
Despite this, the employee withheld my order and demanded a second verification, while handing out three other orders to other customers without performing the same check. I was the only customer subjected to this additional scrutiny. When I asked why, the employee responded with a dismissive and unprofessional comment, stating that I was “the problem” or words to that effect.
This inconsistent treatment felt targeted and discriminatory. I expect all customers to be treated with the same standard of respect and procedure. I am requesting that this incident be formally addressed and that appropriate corrective action is taken.

Years ago I wouldn't have recommended, there was dirt in my food, it was slow food was cold....
But currently with this crew, Latina manager (I can tell by hearing her but didn't see her) and two black kids at the front made sure my order was correct, hot, ready, and in a timely manner, and the gentleman that served the food, tall skinny kid with the rabbit tail was the icing on the cake, brought the food with elegance, perfect posture reassuring tone in his voice and great smile.... I can see him someday owning his own franchise leading an excellent crew.... The other tall guy with dreads was a pleasure too but I think this review is long enough😅

Ordered 4 value meals for curbside pick-up. Waited about 5 minutes. The guy brought out the food. I checked before pulling out and I was missing 3 of the burgers. I called the phone number on the sign and told them they forgot the burgers. Thelady said she would be right out. Waited 5 minutes and nothing. Finally went in and nobody was even getting me the burgers. They had to fix them right then. They apologized and that was it. Make sure to always check order before driving off. It's not the first time this has happened.
