  These employees at this McDonald's are so freaking ridiculously rude and lazy they don't have a line at the drive through but still manage to ignore all their customers upon walk in. The lines inside be backed up because they just simply ignore ppl and they make people wait 30 minutes to get their food. A sit down restaurant is faster than them. Then they have an attitude once they have to take care of your order. Corporate needs to come undercover and check this out and fire all the employees that does this. It's about 2 good employees the rest needs be reviewed. Especially the ones that work later in the night they are horrible.

  I came in on 2/27/26 at 11:30 PM, and the attitude from the employee handing out food was absolutely terrible. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was unreal. If you’re in a customer-facing role, the bare minimum requirement is basic courtesy — and that was clearly missing. People come to Las Vegas to enjoy themselves, spend money, and have a good time. Paying $20 for two hamburgers is already steep, but to get served with a side of attitude on top of that? Completely unacceptable. When customers are spending their hard-earned money, the least they deserve is simple politeness. If someone can’t handle working with the public without showing open frustration or hostility, they shouldn’t be in a customer service position. This kind of behavior reflects badly on the entire business. Do better.

  If you want to be treated like crap, this is the place for you duringtheday. . They have ZERO accountability for any mistakes they make. It's beyond ridiculous and unprofessional at this point. I went there for lunch. Had to wait 20 minutes for my order. No problem with that. But they didn't make my burger correctly. When I went back to have it fixed, the young man at the front was very mean/unprofessional about the whole situation. He was mad at me for complaining. When I wanted a receipt for the survey, he told me that you don't get a receipt when using the app. Simply NOT TRUE. At EVERY location, I always got a receipt automatically. And when you do get a receipt it's pointless because you cant read it Their printer has been printing bad receipts for months now. Learn and live, I'll NEVER go there again. Very bad people run this location during the day. At night, it's a totally different place. You get respect as soon as you walk in the door.

  The service is always stellar here. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. Got a fish fillet and french fries. There was a little free parking area in the back where you can stop and munch your food. The only negative about this McDonald's is the fact that it's on the strip and is a fortune compared to the rest. ($4.99 for fries) It is still very convenient as I'm a local Uber driver and it is directly across from Mandalay Bay, so the difference in price isn't a huge factor for me as I'm working and I need to keep it moving so close was more important. I would not go out of my way to pay these prices though.

  The food was cooked with old greeze. Its right before the strip in a crowded area. Person on the drive through was not nice, window person did not listen that i asked for ketchup insisted it was in the bag. It wasn't. I've never thought food away but we ate bites because we're were starving then threw the rest out. A waste of money. Cold fries tasted like they sat in grease. Nuggets were over fried. Fish sandwich was super greasy. I definitely will not be back
