That's a joke we waited for 15 minutes to get our order and there where only 3 people more in the restaurant and above all, the order was wrong!!! To make things worse now it's so expensive we totally regret going there and would never go back.

- SLSophie LiDec 22, 20252.0ordered an ice cream on self serve kiosk. i nicely asked for a spoon when the server handed it to me. he rolled his eyes, and held on to my receipt (out of annoyance?) when i tried to take it, then waddled away. at first i tried to be empathetic and quietly waited at the counter for him to get a spoon. i waited for 3 minutes until i saw him then he came back to serve the next customer. the mcdonald’s wasn’t even busy, it was 2pm so i’m confused why he couldn’t give me my spoon and had to have attitude. maybe his lazy eyes didn’t see me waiting, maybe his back rolls blocked his vision, but i’m sure he heard me. i just got a straw instead. just put the fries in the bag big bro

I’m sad to see a customer that received from staff a water bottle and staff coming out and yelling to customer “you ordered a cup of water not a water cup” in front of all the customers and took the bottle away, through it in the garbage because it was opened already and getting a water cup. Who does that?
