    Worst service ever. Provide the mobile order. Provided the mobile order code and couldn’t find it on their system over and over. Asked to come to window and we did and Showed them the email receipt and on the mobile app. The supervisor comes up sees it and for some reason he still couldn’t locate it on their system. Finally was able to locate it after the line was backed up and then provided me water down sweet tea so I didn’t drive anywhere and told him this tea isn’t good so he then told me to pull up and he’ll get me a new one which he did and honestly still sucked. I wish I could’ve and should’ve just cancelled it. Then the fries were dry ones. One of the worst experience I’ve had in a drive thru.

    Rude gal at the pick-up window. But, we had to pull forward because our order...a large black coffee... wasn't ready yet. Young man who brought the coffee to the car couldn't have been nicer ... apologized for the delay and asked if there was anything else that he could get for me.

    Crispy and fresh…. Was old at the counter this is how they look at this location. This review means nothing but, hash browns are hockey pucks these days

    Manager degraded the kid working at the front in front of customers. Very unprofessional and bad vibes. Do better, kindness is free ;) 9:15 am rainbow Sahara location
