One of my favorite locations I’ve been coming here for 15 years and they always make it fresh especially the fries and sometimes they carry the birthday cake for $30 in the freezer if the manager is working . The steak egg cheese bagel was made excellent this morning and by using the mobile app it was only $2

Great for a quick bite, off the main rode.
Quick service .. attendant very helpful, even though it has self order screens.

waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line for a mobile order only for them to tell me that they don’t see my order. then after back and forth they tell me they don’t have the meat for my burger. veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy inconvenient and aggravating.

I'm 60 years old and I don't know how to use the kiosk properly! I ask could I please place my order at the register, the lady said no! I said well I'm paying cash for my food so why can't place my order with you at the register? She replied you can call corporate! I just walked out and left! I feel like this is no way to treat customers at your establishment, especially when your business is there to make money!

I called because I didn’t receive my receipt
And I wanted to leave customer feedback. I asked for the store number and the managers name. The person who answered said he was the manager and I asked for his name. He asked why and I told him I was trying to send feedback online. I also told him I didn’t receive a receipt. He asked me why I didn’t ask for one at the store and I stated I was in the drive thru and assumed it was in the bag but it wasn’t and just got home. He said he didn’t know the store number. I told him if he’s the manager it prints on the receipts and he should know what it is if he could please look it up. He placed me on hold and told me the store number and I said thank you and what’s your name and he hung up on me. If this is the same person who served me earlier which I believe it was he was wearing a Calvin Klein sweatshirt (no uniform or name tag). This location is terrible. I’ve been three times at different days and times and each time has been more disappointing than the last with rude staff, wrong food, nobody ever reaching out to me after I made a complaint online. Stay far away from this location
