  It was a 5* because the espresso machine was working today, the latte was exactly as I ordered. The English muffins were good. Nice friendly attendant.

  Food ok but has over 8 dirty pigeons living inside. Disgusting So after I posted this review the owner reaches out. I detail the 8 pigeons. Then amazing I see here in Google 6 reported pigeon isdues last 5 weeks. And they are still there. A sign of NO Manager.

  The manager Juan is a joke and should be fired. I ordered 6 piece nuggets on the app and waited like 10 minutes while I saw new patrons get their orders. Naturally my order should only have taken a couple minutes, so I ask what’s going on with my order. They don’t get back to me and the staff is just goofing around. I wait a few more minutes and ask again and one staff just tells me they’re preparing it without even checking. Later I ask him again because now getting irritated. This time he goes to whisper to the manager and I see Juan look down, pick up a box of nuggets, start at it, and then put it back down, proceeding to just stand there doing nothing (as if to spite me). Flabbergasted, I give him a quizzical look and he comes over and asks me what I want. I ask him why he didn’t give me the nuggets and he tells me he didn’t know what my order was. What?? I asked them 3 times and he doesn’t know what my order is? He then tells me I’m supposed to ask for my order why just triggers me as I respond to him that I’m not supposed to ask for my order. And if I wasn’t asking for my order multiple times then what was I doing? It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard as I heard them yell and call out everyone else’s order out loud. Yet they’re telling me that I’m supposed to ask for mine and that they don’t give out orders? What a joke.

  Excellent service during Christmas week at the McDonalds on the strip. Much improved over service from the past few years. A staff member was directing traffic to place your order. Food was quick and fresh (e.g. coffee and big breakfast). Lots of seating on their two levels.

  We spent about 1 hour to eat here, but after we finished eating, our car was towed by a tow truck company, and we had to pay more than $400 to get our car back. So ridiculous! The employees said we cannot stay there more than 10 minutes! They should charge the parking fee, not with a robbing party to steal money from the customers
