Upon arriving to the drive thru speaker I was told their systems were down. Asked how I can go about getting a refund since my food was already paid through the app. She repeated the systems are down and they can’t do anything about it in a nasty tone of voice. She seemed upset that I asked that question. Which I responded with I’m just asking a question you don’t have to be rude. After that another female could be heard yelling telling me to leave and go about my day and saying the F-word. All this over me asking how I can get my money back is ridiculous.
