  I have been coming to this McDonalds for 20 years and always go through the drive thru. I had to go inside last Saturday 2/21/26 at 2:30 pm and speak to the manager who pretended to not speak English. She gave me a number to call for the General manager that was not valid. I called back several more times and even went back to the restaurant and got zero help. Even several of the employees who recognized me said they were sorry and the manager was useless. I have since called corporate to rectify the matter but will never patronize this McDonalds due to the lack of cleanliness and customer service. This McDonalds does not have the same values others do. The owner should be stripped of his / her franchise.

  May very well be one of the best McDonald's in the world. I am surprised to see this locations overall rating is not closer to 5. Out of my experience with fast food this location stands out for delivering quality and tasty food, with a smile. The workers I can tell work very hard and are there to accommodate customers. I appreciate attentiveness when needing a sauce or napkins. They are very friendly and respectful, despite Sometimes having unruly or difficult customers or sitations arise. Sometimes the staff even will bring the food to your table like a fancy resteraunt ! I often wonder if this location or staff was to be converted into a fine dining resteraunt how succusful it could be. This location and it's staff are incredibly deserving of raises or bonuses and perhaps an upgrade in lifestyle or work. Thank you to all involved here

  I'm rather irritated because I called to and a woman answered and I tolder I was calling about my w-2. And immediately there was silence and I was waiting then hung up and I've tried calling back for a while and the phone just has a busy tone. I'm trying to resolve a problem and this is how I'm getting treated? This is not right. When I'm following all the step that I should be doing and get blown off and disrespected.

  Been coming here for years and it's getting worse. They can never take the code from the app and something is wrong or missing the last 4 times I've gone. They are not paying attention and it's costing me money. Terrible location.
