*Food was as expected.
*Half of the self order kiosks weren't working.
*When I got to payment it said "pick up a table tent and enter the nuber." There were no table tents. I pushed the button for assistance I was ignored until I waved down the guy behind the counter who said "just enter any number." The line behind me had sine backed up.
*where's the ketchup/ condiments? I saw an empty counter next to the fountain drink machine.
*some trash and splls on tables and floor.
*(I was here just before 11 am on a Saturday).

I dined here a few times during my couple week stay. Only one person, who I assume was the manager, was pleasant to me. I tipped her to show appreciation, she deserves better. Every other employee threw the bag on the counter and turned around as fast as they could (I had a tip in my hand everytime). The fries are always hot, they couldn’t care less about the burgers. Dont bother modifying, I learned that quick. The two ladies this morning who were standing there speaking Spanish to each other (which is fine, but have you learned to greet someone?) literally ignored me the whole time until my mobile order came out, I’m guessing they knew it was mine because it was the only order. They still managed to still mess the order up. If you’re ordering fries, I recommend this place. If you’re ordering anything else, go elsewhere. I hope the amazing manager finds something that pays her what she’s worth.

The worse Mcdonald ever. Food is old and dry. The buns are hard.I ordered a cheeseburger The bun was hard The meat old and dry. I returned it and supposed they made a fresh burger. The meat still old and dry. The next morning I got a McGriddle. Here as well oldxand dry. NEVER AGAIN ..wasting my money

We stay at the Strat 4-6 times a year… every visit! McDonald’s here is the worst.
Slow service, items are always wrong, fries are undercooked and over salted. Drinks and never right unless you fill your own. Be careful, half the time the fountain is empty on syrup. Can’t even order a cheese burger with no pickle… it’ll be wrong. More than half the time, buns are hard, not fresh. You will NOT be served by an employee, you MUST use the kiosk. Dont even think of getting an ice cream or McFlurry… it’ll come out plain with vanilla.
This place is a joke… only reason why it’s still here, it pays the Strat to stay here… no other reason.
Oh, and half the menu is marked out of stock - even though it’s a basic item.
Avoid at all cost. Carl’s Jr is a walk across the street. Plus a few other options a couple blocks away.
Absolutely no delivery from this location, don’t even try… don’t trust the app. They won’t deliver to your room.
