We have been to this location multiple times, and every time the wait time & the service just gets worse! The employees don't care if they have orders made properly. Management & employees are roo busy talking to each other to even care, and they delete orders before they are ready so they don't know if they have been served. The inside guests are usually waiting at least 15 minutes to receive their food. This is the worst location I have been to in Las Vegas!!

Worst McDonald's ever! Always wrong order. Always have to pull around and wait for order. Takes forever and good is almost always wrong. Thought maybe it was a one time issue but no it's just a badly run McDonald's. I go over to the one on Sahara now.

I met a lady who prepared my coffee, who asked all about my trip to the USA, very friendly, welcoming and wished me well. I have noted this place for future coffee stops!

If u ordee at the kiosk. You wait forever to pay while emoyees do random unimportant tasks instead of helping you. You must let them know you need to pay in order to get helped

Horrible experience place my online order for breakfast I’m behind a man that’s taking forever to order and I literally watch the menu change and when it’s my turn the girl takes about 5-6 minutes and says she no longer has breakfast. When all 3 Cars that were next to me order breakfast from the boy on the other speaker. Disappointing specially when I ordered ahead and paid ahead now I have to wait 7 business days to get my money back from an order I didn’t even receive.
