Worst place to order, always canceling my order, messing up my order! People who works here are so lazy sometimes

This is a mcbarrio, not a functioning normal restaurant whatsoever. All kinds of horrors including rotten food, wrong orders, long waits, ignored customers, filthy dining room, and manager who is sitting at home cashing paychecks and never coming in. Absolute MCDisgrace! Fire everyone, close it down and start over.

At this point, I’m convinced that this particular McDonald’s location only hires the most incompetent people they can possibly come across. My order came with two large fries. Both of the fries were cold and not fully cooked and half full. Cold fries were expected being that I ordered my meal at 7:07pm but did not receive it until almost 7:30pm maybe even later. I hadn’t noticed my paid meal was incorrect until I made it home. When I made it home I realized how unsatisfied I was so I returned back to that same McDonald’s location. The cashier chose to argue with me rather than resolve my issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything that I did not pay for. I just wanted what I paid for which is two large fries full and at least cooked enough to eat and lightly salted. I’m not really upset that the fries were cold, but I am upset that they weren’t fully cooked. During my discord with the cash register worker he tells me that I didn’t receive it this way they don’t do that but if you check the kitchen cameras, you’re more than likely going to see that that’s exactly what they did. When the driveway cash register worker finally decided to “resolve” my issue, they did so by laying one of the same old large fries that I had JUST came back to return at the bottom of the bag and then filled the other large fry up the rest of the way with fresh fries. In conclusion, I ordered two large lightly salted fresh fries and I first received two halfway full, cold and uncooked fries. When I ask to be given what I paid for, they choose to deceive me and sprinkle some fresh fries on the top of the old ones I came back to return. I do not eat fast food often but when I do, I usually eat at a McDonald’s close to me. This McDonald’s is the closest to me and this is the second time in a row that I’ve had an issue. And just seem to keep getting worse. So with that being said, I’m going to make a smart move and just not return and go somewhere else like my kitchen.
Ps: the hot honey chicken wrap sucks. The texture of the chicken is like the bark of a Fernwood tree.
I had a mobile order for fries and a drink... super easy. I get to the speaker, she doesn't ask my code, just tells me to go to second window. I pulled up, there's a car in front of me, so I'm in the middle of the 2 windows. A lady starts SCREAMING out of the first window telling me I have to pay for a happy meal. I told her I had a mobile order and already paid, plus I did not order a happy meal. She asked me who did order it then. I said back, "No idea, I'm just a customer". She then yelled up to the second window not to give me my order because I didn't pay. I get to the second window and said I had a mobile order, already paid, and don't have a kids meal. They realized it was the car in front of me, and they already drove off without paying. They then proceeded to STILL try to get me to pay for the car that drove off order. I told him I wasn't going to pay for somebody else's order and I just wanted my order. They asked for proof of what I ordered so I gave my online code. They guy at the window told some lady my code. She came to the window and demanded to see my app because she was still accusing me of not paying for my order. I showed her my app and she huffed and puffed. I finally received my order of cold mushy fries and a drink with no ice and not filled all the way. Somehow they were mad at me and punishing me for their own mistake. Absolutely horrible customer service and very confrontational employees.
