Would give zero stars if I can, went late night around 12 AM ordered chocolate chip cookies , and $5 bags. When I get my food, I checked the bag and I noticed that my cookies were cold and I asked them to make them fresh fresh when I pulled up initially. When I told the guy, he said “that’s how they come”. How does fresh cookies come out cold? The worker was a young white male with a blonde ponytail, he tried to argue me down that the cookies were fresh when they were cold instead of asking to remake them. Then the fries that came with the meal were not hot at all. The workers were in the back horse playing. The worker had bad customer service! Will not be coming back to this one late at night ever again.

This location is constantly understaffed so it causes the wait times to be bad. I was waiting in the drive thru for more than 12 mins or so with no one answering or saying anything and then when they did respond asked if I was going to use the mobile app and I said yes then gave the code and then no response. Then I hear them ask the same thing to the other side, mind you I had been waiting there for much longer. Then I said multiple times "Hello" and there was no response. I had to just reverse out and leave out of frustration.

The manager was rude and couldn't accommodate my son code, because it wasnt working. Never coming here again. The kid in the drive thru was awesome!

They didn't make my food right. I ordered the gold deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and it didn't have no bacon like it was supposed to or have enough lettuce but they wanna sit there and give me a messy, sloppy nasty double quarter pounder with sauce dripping all over the place. I called the store to speak with the manager and she hung up on me(rude)..I called back and I had to scream because of what they did to my food. If you guys don't want to do your job then just quit. This McDonald's has fallen off the wagon and the service here is awful. Everyone employed at this location needs to be fired!!! The managers need to be fired too!!!
