  I ordered online and my order was missing a drink. My driver said it did not come with one so contact the store. I showed him proof it should have came with a drink. So I called the store and the person who answered was extremely mean, unprofessional, and rude. He hung up on me before I could speak, I called 6 times in a row and he hung up on me each time until finally he answered and yelled at me (how can I help you!!) and I assumed I had the wrong number so I asked if I was speaking to McDonalds and he yelled at me instead of confirming (HOW MAY I HELP YOU?) I asked again and he screamed the same thing louder instead of confirming it was McDonalds I was speaking with. I told him my order was missing something and he interrupted me while I was speaking and asked whats the order number. I told him and told him my name. He said he wont help me and I can go to whatever app I used to order to help me. I told him I was told to call the store to get help and he ignored me. Then I told him I didnt appreciate his attitude earlier and how he kept blocking my calls. He blew his breath really hard and then hung up on me. I tried calling again and he blocked all the calls. This is unacceptable behavior!!

  Typically make mobile orders for discounted fries/coffees and am usually turned around quickly and accurately. Depending on time of day when ordering, fries can be fresh OR a bit stale from being under warmers for a bit, but are usually good enough regardless. The mcChickens i get here are good but also can be HEAVY on the mayo. not bad but they do kind of feel bukkake-adjacent
