    I was given part of my order and asked to move to the next window. When my order was given I was missing a smooth. I left and realized I was missing a drink. Went back to get it and I was given the wrong one. The person was sure I had the correct one. I just left, by the time I got home my food was cold.

    I order thru the app frequently. And man they for get something every other order . How hard is it to put a burger and a fry in a bag? I order a meal. I get a burger and a drink. No fry’s. And when I tell them I didn’t get my fry’s I get a refund. Okay fine. But I still want my fry’s. So I have to reorder. And they wanna charge me more for the fry and 8 bucks to deliver it. That’s some bs. And let’s not talk about the “free items” last 2 orders I have been offered a “free item” I haven’t got them either time. Maybe less talking in the back and pay attention to the customers orders. I’ve know the business I’ve been an assistant many years ago. U had 3 items to put in a bag. And u constantly can’t seem to count to 3.

    Good mickey Ds. Service is fast and they are nice at this location, plus they rarely mess up the orders which isn't given in this chain. Food is fresh at all times. Athmosphere...well it's mickey Ds.. so there really isn't any.
