I then let him know my name since I did use the app and he says it’s not in the system “ its not on the system all sarcastic” to then finally finding our order he goes “ tsh tsh” to give it to us didn’t even call us professionally but the way he treated us was so rude and I am offended by the way he treated me assuming I wanted free food when I just wanted my order I paid for !!!!! He ruined my appetite after he treated my sister and I poorly.

I politely asked an employee who brought me and my daughters food to our table for the soda cup I paid for, this large woman with terrible eyeliner gave the WORST attitude and said “yea I already know I getting it”..then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. When finally made her way back to bring me the cup she practically shoved it to me. Terrible customer service and I come here frequently with my daughter. Not anymore!

Went back to get it and I was given the wrong one. The person was sure I had the correct one. I just left, by the time I got home my food was cold.
