Server professional and friendly. No vegan options on menu, requested vegetable salad no dressing. Came with a lot of creamy dressing within 2 bites migraine. Couldn't eat. Had no coffee, asked if needed to brew new pot, was told no coffee in restaurant to make.

Absolutely terrible. Expo guy should be fired. Bartenders have to run cold food. It was very slow and it took over an hour to get 2 cold burgers. Chef chips were under cooked and soft. My wife’s fries were room temperature. My fries came late but they were hot. Good beer. Good atmosphere but that’s it. One and done for this place. Would never recommend to anyone unless they’re just going to have some drinks.

Food was great and served in a timely manner! Our server Miles had exceptional service and was very kind. He even catered to our dogs very well, gave them a pup cup and water while we were waiting for our food ! The manager Ty stopped by to see how we were doing. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to our family and friends!

I had high hopes for Lazy Dog in Summerlin, but this visit was a complete letdown. Even with a reservation, we still waited about 15 minutes to be seated. The atmosphere was messy — dirty tables everywhere, birds picking at leftover food — not exactly what you expect when you’re bringing friends from out of town.
We ordered two salads and a burger. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to ask where our food was. When the burger finally came out, the server said it was modified and took it back to the kitchen. Then the manager brought it out and told us it wasn’t actually modified — the toppings were just “under the cheese.” The presentation looked terrible. Honestly, you’re better off spending your money at In-N-Out or Hash House A Go-Go.
As for the salads — awful. They were drenched in dressing, the chicken was cold, and it looked (and tasted) like pulled chicken from a Costco rotisserie. The flavor was bland, and the presentation was sloppy. Honestly, a bagged salad from Walmart would’ve been better.
Overall, the food was mediocre, the service was slow, and the environment was dirty. I won’t be coming back — this location seriously needs better management and attention to detail.
