Our family loves this place, but my honest review is split. Here's why: Food, service, and dining area atmosphere are consistently 5/5. However, the women's restroom is 1/5, consistently overdue for cleaning on nearly every visit, no matter the time of day or how crowded the restaurant is (overflowing trash receptacles, garbage on floor, stalls dirty). The common belief is you know a kitchen's cleanliness by the cleanliness of the restrooms. I really hope that is not the case here.

Ordered Lazy Dog for pickup last night 6:19pm. At check out was told it would be ready in 20 minutes (6:39pm). At 6:32 I received a text my order was ready for pick up. Walked into the restaurant a few minutes later and was told it would be 5 more minutes. They were finishing up now. 10 minutes pass with no word. I asked the hostess if she could check and she said they were waiting on soup. 20 minutes have now passed and I’ve been listening to a group of hostesses nearby chatting. They’re going on about how not busy they were. So, I asked again about my food. Finally, 25 minutes after being texted my food was ready for pick up, I received my order, and ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD.

Had a fantastic dinner here! The lemon chicken was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and the cocktails were spot on. Most importantly, our waitress Madison was incredible. She showed me so much kindness during a stressful night (even hugged me when I realized I’d left my phone behind). Excellent job hiring her! I highly recommend this spot I’ll definitely be back :)

We placed an order and picked up. It was Nye so we expected that our pickup time would be later. But they estimated it within half an hour. We were on our way there when we received a text that it would be another 25 minutes. We then waited in the parking area. It did not come out for another 15 minutes past the last estimate. The food is always good but we ordered a family meal which included mashed potatoes and green beans. We got home to realize we did not receive the mashed potatoes.

What made this dinner really memorable to me besides having great service and a very passable ahi tuna rice bowl was the server. I noticed that there was a wheelchair bound veteran next to our table probably out for dinner with his daughter. They were having a beer. I asked the server if I could pick up their beers on our tab and our server made the switch for us. When they got their bill they were so thrilled and this gentleman had a huge smile on his face. The server delivered it all flawlessly and was so outstanding landing me with a nice fistbump at our teamwork. Way to go, Lazy Dog! Thank you for honoring a special request above and beyond what's normally expected.
