Not satisfied with service by Matt. Slow service, didn’t check on us after dropping off food. We accidentally spilled chocolate and ran out of water by the time we left and didn’t even bother to ask for more or for a wipe down. He accidentally put our dessert in as Togo set it on the seat across from us and said we could dig into it if we wanted. . . Couldn’t even had it to us when we said we wanted to eat it there!
Food was great and giving 4 stars because I would try my luck again and hope for a better dining experience next time!

We were in Vegas for Valentines weekend February 14 and on February 15 our 42nd anniversary. I wanted to treat my husband to lazy dog since he’s never been there. I want it the sticky ribs. It was overwhelmingly crowded, but we got seated right away and we were told by our server that our food would take 30 to 45 minutes , OK fine we agreed since we were already seated .she took our drink order and my husband had to wait 20 minutes for his beer, which is not food 😣, I ordered the candy bacon due to the fact that they don’t have sticky ribs anymore ☹️, and I never received them , I did order some bread which came with the beer and there was a manager who came and apologized. He did gave us some free baked chips, which were delicious and a card for a free appetizer. The next time we came . , when we did order our food finally, my husband asked for no Pink on his hamburger, which was what he wanted we waited another 40 minutes for our food, which was understandable. The food was quite delicious when I decided to try mine . but his was pink as Barbie’s dress. The server didn’t acknowledge us right away, so it took him about another 10 minutes for him to get her attention and I didn’t want to eat without him so when she finally came, he brought it to her attention and she put another order in for the hamburger Which took about another 20 to 25 minutes to get and at that time, my food had got cold already. We were quite disappointed. He didn’t want to eat anymore and of course she did give us our food complementary, but that didn’t help the matter that it was our 42nd anniversary and we didn’t get to eat. And furthermore, nobody really acknowledge us after that. It was like they were trying to forget we were there but we did tip her good. He said he would never go to a lazy dog again. I felt so horrible bringing him here after we were supposed to go to Lucille‘s. Maybe we should’ve just stayed with our first choice.

I honestly am not sure what happened, but this place has significantly dropped off the last few times I’ve gone. Had to wait over an hour for food that clearly has been just sitting for a while, and it was still missing things. Our server only really checked on us when convenient for him. When we tried to bring these concerns up to a manager we were effectively brushed off, and given an excuse of a busy kitchen which doesn’t line up with how many people were actually in there. Sad to see this happen, I really did like it originally.

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar offers comforting American dishes inspired by the cozy mountain town vibe of the Rocky Mountains. Every dish is prepared fresh each day, with all sauces, marinades, and dressings made in-house.
The food was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. The steak was cooked exactly as requested, and the peppercorn sauce was a delightful addition. My wife enjoyed her seared ahi tuna salad—it was beautifully presented. The PB&J and bacon burger was absolutely delicious, just don't forget to grab extra napkins because it can get a little messy! Our hostess recommended sitting on the patio since the sun had just set, and it was a fantastic suggestion. It felt like we were sitting outside a cozy mountain lodge, complete with a large fire pit in the center. It made for a perfect setting to enjoy my Smoked Maple Bacon Old Fashioned. The sweet maple and cracked pepper paired perfectly with the smoked bacon, making the drink taste almost like a campfire in a glass. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

First time dining here. Made reservations for a Friday night and got seated right on time. The atmosphere was nice, feels like a cabin up in the mountains.
Food selection is great, lots of options including lower calorie entrees. Kids menu had good options.
Server was friendly but took several minutes to greet us and get our drinks (water and Coke Zero, no alcohol). Then he took a long time to refill our drinks. My 4year old ran out of water and it took too long to get refilled. Tables around us had water refill bottles, but not our table.
Then the food, especially my daughter’s chicken fingers took soooooo long to come out. Waiter apologized for the delay, but then he took a long time to bring out extra ranch….
Would give this place another try and hope service won’t be so slow.
