The employee was so friendly and efficient.It was a young latina worker.However,my most recent experience earlier today was awful because of a new person I encountered.This lady is an older latino woman with reddish/brown hair. She was nasty,rude and her attitude needs to be adjusted.I arrived and tried to buy a family meal and was told they were out of wedges so I cant get the family meal.I said to her well can you switch out the side to another instead? She called the manager over and he agreed to switch out the side and told her " let her get a large side of her choice because we are out of wedges" She than proceeded to tell the manager that the other large sides cost more than the large wedges and she basically didnt want to do it saying "others sides are $6.54" Mind you I'm standing in front of the counter and ALL the large sides say $5.99. The manager tells her to swap it out anyway and give me another large side for the inconvenience. She looks APPALLED when he tells her to give me an extra large side.She looked like she wanted to tell him no! Idk if she's racist or slow but he had to tell her that's giving good customer service and he's doing that so I will be satisfied and come back. He was EXCELLENT by the way. He tells her explicitly to give me two large sides and walks away.She talks to another worker standing nearby and tells him that I'm only getting a small side for the inconvenience.I dont like to argue with people.She was already mad that I was allowed to switch out the side.Very,very weird behavior from this woman who doesn't understand the basic concept of customer service. She acted like I was getting away with something mumbling under her breath .I go to pay and was told the EBT machine was down.Huge inconvenience, I would normally walk away and go elsewhere because Krispy Krunchy family meals are super pricy.KFC is $10 cheaper however I paid cash SOLELY because of the good customer service from the manager who was very nice and accommodating. The rude worker made sure I only got a small side for my inconvenience. She literally acted like It was a major problem to swap a side and give me an extra. Facial expression was nasty,being combative with her manager about the cost being extra when it was not extra and than downgrading my side to a small when the manager left because SHE felt some type of way about it. Maybe she's new to this country? Idk but this is America, learn our customs ,provide service with a smile and listen to your boss. I hope I don't encounter her again on my next visit she needs more training.
