I figured since I was in the drive through, I might as well order a couple of donuts. I pulled to the window since the ai order taker couldn't understand my request (that was very frustrating), and ordered a pumpkin spice donut and a maple donut. When we received the donuts they were freezing cold. I couldn't understand why they weren't at least room temperature! Not only that but both donuts tasted OLD, not fresh at all! I say you should close this store down until you can get it right.
