Now I'm stuck behind a car for a while-no doubt a mix up from the AI they were forced to order from. Update: the robot lied. There are hot ones. So I changed my order, which caused additional delays.

But now there’s an AI system to take orders in the drive thru, it didn’t get my order right, and it takes away the warm customer service aspect of what Krispy Kreme has always been. When I got to the window to pay, the gentleman taking my payment was great, and I really do hope the AI drive thru is taken away and genuine customer service is brought back.
