Eric provided warm, attentive service, and Chef James once again delivered an outstanding omakase that was thoughtful, balanced, and memorable. Standout bites included unagi foie gras, A5 wagyu foie gras, hamachi, oyster, Japanese mackerel, salmon belly, amaebi, otoro, chutoro, kanpachi, and ikura. Every course felt intentional and perfectly executed. If you’re looking for top-tier omakase in Vegas, Kase is it. Highly recommend.
