  Definitely the worst location I have EVER visited, not only were they 20 mins late to take an order for an inshop order, but they also refused gift card redemption. What kind of Franchisee refuses gift cards, I have been one of the top 5 General Managers of a JJ in DFW and never EVER have I refused a gift card payment, it was taught to refuse a corporate or franchisee payment via gift card. This location is completely turned around from the JJ core values of customer satisfaction, would HIGHLY recommend going to a JJ that cares about customer service and satisfaction above the Franchise Owner’s “interpretation,” of service, it is a awful terrible store of the Jimmy John’s Brand and makes me feel ashamed to call myself a GM of a Jimmy John’s for the time I have spent trying to build a “brand” image for Jimmy Johns .
