  Normally don't get Jimmy John's but said screw it it's next to work did my order and asked for cheddar instead of provolone was told no substitutions it's a upcharge wow ok then it's just cheesy probably not even a full slice used well get back to work noticed they didn't even put the provolone on so since you didn't upcharge me for the substitute you gave me no cheese not happy with that experience

  Came in to stares and open mouths. No hello no welcome to the store, just annoyed at us for coming in. Gave our order while the two workers said nothing. Didn't respond to my multiple thank yous. While we ate the phone rang non stop and wasn't answered. Rushed the meal to try not to add to whatever mood they were in. Luckily Jimmy John's sandwiches are good so that was something. Not gonna do that again. I'll rate it a 2.35

  First time at this location. Ordered onions on my sandwich and didn’t get them. So this is a place you will need to double check if they got your order right.

  The reason they claim to deliver so fast is because they only deliver within a mile radius.
