Went to JJs at Durango and Desert Inn here in Vegas today. It should be called Not so Fast! I was the only person in the restaurant. It took a good 2 minutes for them to take my order (and weren't very friendly) and took close to 5 minutes to get my sandwich. Then upon eating it, it didn't taste that great. Will not go back!

I travel around the country and have had Jimmy Johns quite a few times. Julian hands down makes THE BEST sandwiches. Very kind, professional and pays attention to the details. There was a young lady who was also working who was very kind and knowledgeable about Jimmy Johns sandwiches and specials. Thank yall so much!

No Longer Freaky Fast - Incorrect Order. I just ordered 2 Kickin' Chicken Ranch Wraps in the JJ App. Added Bacon on Both (+2.99) only got Bacon on 1. 😐 Showed up to pickup order had to wait for a many minutes.

I have allergies confirmed three times to have no bread. I get home and my sandwich is made with bread. I have celiacs and can't eat my food now. The Drive-Through cashier did not have good attention and now I wasted money for something I can't eat.
