  9/30/25. @ approx 9am So I’m at JJ I walk up read the menu. Everyone’s just staring not welcoming at all the little Asian lady leaning look extra disgusting that I was there I disturbed her lean,,, I even gave her a little smile. Didn’t do no good she looks mad that she at work. An I got attitude from the Caucasian lady’s that ring up my order she looked mad as if I was taking to long then she flip the receipt towards me and asked is everybody ok you all look mad. That you have to work when she felt, I caught on and was going to say something she tried to give me a little smile, but it was already too late…. Why are people like that if you don’t like Customer Service get out of it don’t work in it You gonna be pissed off cause you got a customer.everyone that go there help pay your check .. I even said to the ladies have a nice day. An I was ignored… WOW an check the dry sandwich 🤣🤣🤣

  Great place to stop while you are at the airport. Food is great and the staff are even nicer!!

  Thursday 08/28/25 .. Horrible cashier .. As I walked up he says "What do you want " instead of "How may I help you " . It's not a hard thing to do . Next , he gets my order wrong . I work at the airport so I don't have the time to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it right . The guy was just rude from the start . If you don't like your job QUIT !! Airport employees are a very big part of why that place stays open . Stop being rude to everyone or perhaps the owner should reconsider hiring someone like him .
