  I had a history of ordering at this location and never experienced the type of treatment I had today. I ordered in person and at the time was the only person in line to order. Once I was done ordering multiple groups came in after me and ordered. I waited while each and every person who ordered after me got their food. When I asked politely if my order was called he ignored me multiple times and told me I needed to wait. Once again another group who ordered after me received their food and I had to ask again and was once again ignored. It was hard not to notice that I was the only person being treated this way and the only Latino in the restaurant. Once my order was ready instead of packing my food and giving me napkins and a bag like he did with everyone else he told me to get it myself. I had to reach across the counter for my sandwiches and didn’t get a bag and napkins. I waited 45 minutes for my order. I was treated horribly and embarrassed by asking a question politely and being Latina. I will never return to this jimmy johns. They should be ashamed of behaving this way.

  The entire team behind the counter is in a good mood, positive professional courteous, prompt service. The manager is 100% on his game understands the companies’s direction and most importantly makes a great sandwich. The toasted ones are great.!!

  Dropped by Jimmy John's off Lake Mead, total vibe! Everyone was super friendly, chatting with big smiles, killer energy all around. Manager Cameron greeted me, all pro and informative, walked me through the sandwiches like a champ. Tried their 3-cheese pizza sandwich, marinara and cheese on that fresh bread? Amazing. Oregano and basil popped hard, straight Italian flair, so delicious. Went with jalapeno chips for the kick, they added just the right spice and paired perfectly. Washed it down with soda over those perfect little ice cubes. Five stars, easy.

  Ordered three sandwiches. Curbside was very convenient and fast. The sub's lettuce tasted "dirty" (not saying it was, it just didn't taste right). Everything else was great.

  This Lake Mead location is awful. Placed an online order today for delivery to my place of work. The sandwich I ordered came minus the turkey meat but with cheese and lettuce only. Called the store, inept manager stated I had 2 options: 1- Receive a credit ( same issue a few month ago -never received a credit. 2- Come back to the store and have another sandwich made .Both options were ridiculous. Had already paid for deliver and a tip and it was their issue. Anyways drive back to the store and the same inept manager ( no customer service skills at all) could not care less and did not want to help at all. You bet I had an attitude after his complete dismissal of my issue and making it appear that it was my fault that they did not fulfill my order correctly. Called their corporate office and filed a complaint. If I could give this store a rating less than zero I would. Store is dirty and the staff especially the manager are hopeless .
