I ordered an empanada, a pretzel, and a small ginger and green smoothie. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. When I got to work, I realized the pretzel was rock hard and smelled burnt. It was clear it wasn’t fresh, and I’m pretty sure the staff knew it wasn’t right before putting it in my bag. That completely ruined what I had planned as a peaceful breakfast. I did call, and they said they would replace the pretzel, but honestly, I don’t have time to go back and forth to that particular location. On top of that, I barely touched my smoothie because I had purchased everything to enjoy together, and since it didn’t go as planned, the whole meal felt wasted. Overall, this visit left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I spent money for a breakfast that I couldn’t even enjoy, and I believe I should be refunded, not just given a replacement item.
