- JBJames BDec 17, 20255.0I hate the Kiosks because people half the time have no clue what they are getting before they get to the Kiosk. I always know my order long before I get there. I fly 100 times a year and love JJ but if I pass by and see people fiddling around at the Kiosk I am skipping getting my drink next time. I give them 5 stars because I always love them but just not sure will be a place I stop anymore.

- PNPeter NguyenSep 15, 20255.0Not sure what happen and logging here in case anyone else had this experience. 3/4 people in our party ordered on 9/14 and 3/4 persons had VERY bad nausea after drinking our drinks. We woke up all fine that morning not really hungover and all drank similarly the night before. No vomiting or diarrhea though so not food poisoning. Very strange.
- LML MSep 9, 20251.0This place has no idea what customer service is, and every employee looks absolutely miserable. I spent $20 for an oatmeal and smoothie this morning before my flight. When I asked for a cup of ice water to go with my breakfast I was told it would cost me $2. I can understand not wanting to hand out ice water to non-customers but seriously, I purchased two things! An absolute disgusting example of nickel and dimeing people, won’t be spending any future money here that’s for sure.
