We went to see Santana Sunday, Nov16th, 2025. The concert was very short with mostly the band playing, starting after 8pm. Santana came out for less than 30 minutes then left the stage. They started shutting down before 9 and we realized it wasn't intermission, the concert was over. It was very disappointing. I requested a refund from Ticketmaster and after checking with the HOB they denied my request.

First time there for Santana. I'm a huge fan but was very disappointed. We sat 2nd row section 208 (on the left). Carlos sat under that balcony FACING AWAY from the camera and audience!!! We could rarely see his fingers moving, only him chewing gum the whole time. It looked like another band member was usually playing his riffs. It was too loud!! Even for the 10 minute bass solo, we couldn't hear any note changes. And only an hour long.

Great show! (11/16/25) A little short. Hopefully not his last. 🤞🙏🙏Sat at a table in “row 1” which was actually the last row of tables. I knew that from the seating chart but beware in case you buy your tickets elsewhere. “Intimate package” included a bottle of champagne or wine. Seating‘s a bit tight where we were but either the people didn’t show or the seats were open so we had the table to ourselves. There’s a separate line for “VIP” tables. It’s to the right of the big long line for GA. There’s also a table to the right of the queues, where you get your VIP lanyard for the tables. All in all a great experience.

We had a really fun time there on Tuesday, 11/12. The esthetic of the venue is cool , it is a lot bigger than I expected and the sound system is great.
The reason I’m writing this though is my experience with one of the managers, Jess. Our seats were under a big air conditioning unit, the cold air flow was a bit too much for us, though others might have enjoyed it. Jess walked with me to the box office to see if the venue had unsold seats in my section since I wasn’t looking to upgrade. She did find us two seats, took me to them, got my friend from our original seats and also our food we previously ordered. After a lovely chat, she went on her way, probably to make sure that other patrons have a great time as well.
I work in hospitality myself, she inspired me with her approach, genuine kindness and professionalism.

We had an excellent experience seeing Santana at House of Blues. I called with an accessibility question and Christina, the head of their security, called me back and then met us at the show. Christina personally made sure we were taken care of and treated my whole family like VIPs for the evening. The show was excellent and the venue was awesome, but Christina and staff really made the experience one we’ll always cherish. The drinks were also delicious and I think the refillable popcorn might be the best deal in Vegas. Thank you!!
