We were there for a mid afternoon (early) dinner. Bartender made the best drinks!! He was very friendly and service was super! He did it all - bartender, waiter and cook!! We both had the ribeye steak dinner - so delicious!! Steaks were cooked as ordered (medium) with baked potato and broccoli! Best meal we had during our six day visit!! Highly recommend the Hitchin Post Saloon & Steakhouse!! Fabulous!!
