  Chicken is juicy and good. Medium is enough heat for me. But I've been to Nashville and the sides don't compare. They are ok but generic not special. Not much seating although we found a booth. It's a food court.

  The tenders tasted reheated/microwaved. No cutlery with the meal, but Alexander was very kind.

  I ordered the 3 piece tenders and the chicken was way overcooked 😭 which is tragic because the rub itself was delicious, but the tenders felt like chewing a car tire. Fries were nice and crispy.

  Nashville hot chicken in Vegas and they didn't water it down. Ordered medium-hot and it had serious kick with that cayenne-forward flavor. The chicken is juicy inside with a perfectly crispy coating. The sides are legit too — pimento mac and cheese and the creamy coleslaw balance the heat. Southern sweet tea is mandatory. There's always a line but it moves fast. If you like hot chicken, this is the real deal out west.

  I recently visited Hattie B’s Hot Chicken and had a solid experience overall. We ordered three chicken sandwiches, two fries, a mac and cheese, and collard greens. Everything tasted good and was flavorful, with the chicken having a nice crunch and juicy center. The spice level had a noticeable kick — a little spicy, but still enjoyable. The fries were fresh and paired well with the sandwiches, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting. The collard greens added a nice savory balance to the meal. It was pretty busy when we went, but thankfully we were able to grab a table without too much waiting. Overall, a good meal and worth the visit. 🐓 🍟 🥬 🧀
