We eat at Hattie Bs in Block 16 every time we’re in Vegas. It’s a can’t miss, delicious pit stop. The chicken is fall off the bone tender, and my personal favorite side, the pimento Mac and cheese, is phenomenal every single time. Don’t skimp on the slushies either - both the whiskey lemonade and the peach vodka ice tea are so good!

I regret trying this place when I could have had Dave’s hot chicken down the street. I got “hot” as I was told it’s really hot. It was not hot. Severely lacking heat. I also didn’t know it would come with pickles in the sandwich so that was a bummer as I was expecting slaw in the sandwich and it came on the side. The fries were meh. I’d never go back.

The service here was great. However, the food was less than impressive. The quality of the food was good. The ingredients were good. The presentation was good. The overall taste of everything missed the mark completely. The tenders had no flavor to them. None. I had the “Southern” flavoring - it literally tasted like unseasoned flour coated unmarinated tenders. I dipped in ketchup and still was inedible. I ate 1/2 of one tender and threw the rest away. It was $35 for 3 tenders, fries, lemonade, and peach cobbler. This place was just not my bag, which is unfortunate, because everything else was so great.

Tried the chicken tenders, and they were way too salty — honestly tasted like McDonald’s chicken. The outside was hard and overcooked, and overall it was just bad chicken. Nothing special about it at all. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it. I prefer Dave’s Hot Chicken by far. Would not recommend.

I genuinely thought I was being pranked when I bit into that chicken. The breading tasted like someone scraped it off the floor of a gas station fryer from 1800 and reheated it in a humid basement. Sour, rubbery, soggy. I don’t know if it was chicken, or some kind of poultry‑themed punishment from the universe. I almost threw up on the table. I still feel like I need to bleach my tongue and file a complaint with my digestive system. Whoever approved this dish needs to be questioned by a higher authority. If you care about your stomach, your dignity, or your will to live, run. Don’t walk. RUN. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a starving raccoon.
