  Muy mala experiencia en general, yo tenía la idea de ir a comer una pizza de ahí ya que había visto videos y decían que era muy buena, la sorpresa que al querer ordenarla me dijeron que tardaría 45 min a 1 hr en estar lista, pedí una pizza personal para llevar porque no quería quedarme sin probarla y para comer ahí me pedí un sándwich y mi acompañante pidió una ensalada, el sándwich no fue algo del otro mundo, pero la ensalada que pedimos estuvo horrible, nunca supimos si algo estaba echado a perder pero tenía un sabor desagradable, y lo que creímos que era tocino estaba duro como una roca, le dijimos al mesero que estaba muy mala la ensalada y solo contestó en un tono muy a la defensiva que sus productos eran frescos y le mostramos ese supuesto “tocino” y vio que estaba duro, no supo ni decirnos que era, nunca fue para hablarle a un gerente o algún superior para que viniera a hablar con nosotros sobre ese incidente, y justo cuando estuvo ahí aproveché (ya que solo esa vez que yo le llame para comentarle lo de la ensalada se acercó a nuestra mesa) para preguntarle sobre cómo iba mi pedido de la pizza porque ya nos queríamos ir por toda la mala experiencia en general y me respondió, “te dije que tardaría entre 45 min a 1 hr y apenas lleva 30” en un tono que yo considero muy grosero y considero que no es forma de tratar a ningún cliente, definitivamente quedé decepcionada, por el precio de los alimentos esperarías mínimo un trato mejor y obviamente que la calidad de la comida sea buena no volvería a ir ni para darle una segunda oportunidad a este restaurante

  Sarah at Giordano’s made our entire experience exceptional. We’re originally from Chicago, so when we come in, we tend to order very specifically — lots of little requests and details about how we like things prepared. Sarah handled everything with a constant smile and such calm, attentive energy. Even with multiple tables and a busy dining room, she never once made us feel like our requests were too much or that she was overwhelmed. She checked on us consistently, kept the atmosphere relaxed, and made sure everything came out just the way we like it. Service like that truly stands out. Thank you, Sarah, for making us feel right at home at Giordano’s. We’ll absolutely be back because of you.

  Alejandra was the most AMAZING server we’ve had on our Vegas trip! She had amazing suggestions! Every question that we had about the Food or drink menu she was knowledgeable, or if she didn’t know the answer she found the answer right away. She also made our trip extra special by making sure that my best friend had a treat on her special birthday 😊 she Was so engaging that other patrons in the restaurant joined to sing happy birthday. We could not be more pleased with our experience. We’ll definitely be back and send our friends as well.

  Absolutely amazing experience at Giordano’s! The food was exactly what you hope for—rich, comforting, and perfectly done—but what truly made the night memorable was our server, Jelena. Jelena was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. She checked in at all the right moments, made great recommendations, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. Great food is expected at Giordano’s, but outstanding service like Jelena’s is what turns a good meal into a great experience. We’ll definitely be back—and asking for her by name!

  We tried coming here for dinner but there was like a 4 hour wait. So we decided to make reservations and come back for lunch. Even at lunch time it was busy so thank goodness we made reservations. The restaurant is in an upper level but looked like they have a patio on the lower level. We were seated by the window and our server Axel mentioned it was about 40 minute wait if we wanted pizza (Deep Dish was 1h). So we quickly looked at the menu and ordered a medium meat & more meat Tavern style while we took our time on what else to order. Be prepared to wait for pizza as it is quite popular here. We wanted Deep Dish but it was too long of a wait. We did see other tables ordering it and doing the famous cheese pull. Definitely, will try that next time. For the rest of our order we got Fettucine Alfredo with side House Salad, and Calamari to share. I had a root beer that came in a souvenir Girodano's cup that I got to keep. My son's water also came in that cup so we asked for 2 more to take home. We thought that was cool to be able to take them home. Food was excellent and service was really good. Be prepared to wait for pizza but it's worth the wait. It's a popular place so reservations are recommended. We definitely will come back.
