  Wasn't planning on eating here but things changed. It was a beautiful day outside so the outdoor covered seating was nice. Our service was slow but I couldn't figure out if it was our waitress or the staffing level needed improvement. After a good hour wait for our pizza we weren't disappointed. The pizza was really good along with our salad. So needless to say the food redeemed them for the slow service. Was it enough to make me come back? Probably not because there is plenty of good food on the strip with exceptional service to go with it.

  I’ve been seeing this place all over Instagram, so I really wanted to love it but the experience wasn’t great. The pizza took over an hour, and when it finally came out, the crust was burnt, not buttery, and honestly overcooked. They do tell you it will take 45mins- 1 hr when you order it. Time your Vegas experience properly. Maybe order in advance if you know you will try their deep dish. Service was slow and disconnected. We were there around 4 PM (not even a busy time) and still waited forever just to get acknowledged. No one checked on us, refilled water, or offered drinks after we sat. When we ordered a salad, our server didn’t know the dressing options and seemed annoyed that we needed help. The vibe wasn’t good either. The restaurant felt dull and didn’t even smell like pizza. On top of that, if you’re going to the Vegas location, be aware it costs $25 just to park, and then you have to walk 15 minutes through a maze casino and mall with zero signage to even find it. The first table they tried to seat us at was cramped beside another group (we clearly wouldn’t fit), so we had to ask to move. Between the long wait, burnt pizza, lack of service, and the whole parking situation, this spot just wasn’t worth it especially with better pizza options nearby.

  Our food is always great here! We tend to stick with our favorite appetizers, the deep dish pizzas are consistently delicious and super filling, and we always finish with some dessert to share—or take home. I have to give a big shoutout to our server —Alejandra is the best! She was literally running the whole time, somehow managing to get things to our table (extra plates, refills, etc.) before we even asked. It was like she could read our minds. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations are on point! Honestly, she was one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. She made our day and went out of her way to make our son feel extra special for his birthday dinner. This place will always be our favorite fancy casual dining spot. Highly recommend!

  So I have never posted a review just because I’m not one to gripe , but this place was so crappy , I felt compelled to do it , if I could give 0 stars I would , first off was told the deep dish pizza would take 45 minutes , so to offset the time I ordered wings , the thin tavern pizza and fries , the wings came out first but since they had someone that was not our waitress bring it out , they guy got lost walked around with them and took them back , I know this because the waitress admitted to it when she brought , they were cold by the time we ate them , we proceeded to wait for tavern pizza not wanting to be negative , the pizza did not arrive , instead we waited and waited it was nearly an hour and twenty minutes by the time the pizzas came out , it really bothered me that the table next to us and behind us were seated after and served before . Honestly to spend this much mediocre pizza and wings is not right , if you can’t serve clients in a timely manner stop taking orders , and served quality before quantity being that you guys consider yourselves a “ top tier pizza place “ My 9 year old said taste like Peter piper , but colder ….. honestly don’t waste your time and money , better off going to little ceasers at least there you get what you pay for here , you just blow money and time for something that quite honestly is not worth the hype .

  We were very excited to go after hearing the hype for this place. We waited over 10minutes until our server came to give us water and take our order. Then waited over 1 hour from placing the order to receiving our two deep dish 6” personal pizzas. On the menu it says 40minutes which we understood. But our server didn’t even check in on us the whole time we waited. When we asked for an update twice we were told “it will be out any second” - 10minutes later we got it. We were so close to leaving after waiting over an hour with the worst service we’ve ever experienced. We thought it would be worth the wait but we were so disappointed. One pizza was a margarita with veg toppings and this came with “extra cheese” - which we didn’t ask for. Could barely taste the tomato sauce as the cheese over took EVERYTHING. It tasted like soggy undercooked dough base with tons of melted cheese on it. On the receipt can see that the server had added the extra cheese and tomato pieces which we didn’t ask for- charging us extra for this. I feel without this, the pizza would have actually been better rather than a big soggy cheesy mess. Honestly tasted like a microwave pizza. Hugely disappointed with both service and food - would not recommend coming here. Priced ridiculously for what it is. Frozen pizza would have been a far better choice
