The bartenders have a lot of knowledge about what they’re serving and they enjoy talking about it. Even when it was busy, our guy (I wish I remembered his name) was very nice to tell me about the bitters and mezcal that was used in my old fashioned. It does get really crowded in here but don’t fret. The drinks come fast. They know what they’re doing.
