  가리온 매운국밥과 족발을 시켰는데 국밥은 너무 짜고 맵고 먹을수가 없었어요. 족발은 쫀뜩한 맛이 없고 물컹물컹 하여 돈이 아까웠네요 음식맛을 아는 분들은 마음에 안드실겁니다.

  Had dinner at Garionban in Las Vegas and it was really good! The food was fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous. I tried a few different dishes and everything tasted authentic and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was cozy but still lively, perfect for a casual night out. Definitely a great spot if you’re in Vegas and want a tasty meal. I’d come back here without a doubt.

  Really mediocre Korean in a city replete with better options. The heralded galbi jjim was a gloopy generic sweet soy sauce with too many rice cakes and no carrots or potatoes or mushrooms. Kind of a travesty for the insane price. The dumplings were bland, the cheese corn kind of gross and the banchan boring. The saving grace was spicy galbi tang, but also overpriced at 23 for a soup with a couple short ribs. Avoid IMO.

  Galbijjim was extremely disappointing. The sauce was a bland cornstarch goop. Banchan were mediocre in flavor. Dumpling filling was bland and mushy, and they were not fried uniformly.

  Food here is solid, definitely worth getting the bossam (pork belly). The pig trotters (jokbal) might be worth getting too, since they specialize in bossam and jokbal. Soft tofu stew was a bit lacking in flavor, but not bad overall. For transparency, egg is already put into soup instead of on the side, which is a bit unusual, but not an issue. Biggest flaw here is the service. Call button sometimes seems it doesn’t work, and when you do get the staff’s attention, things take a while to come out, even when the place wasn’t super busy. Also confused that they didn’t bring the panchan out initially, and served it with all the food at once. Personally won’t come back just with how long everything took, but maybe it was a bad service day.
