And everything was good not one complaint, but what stood out the most was the customer service of this young lady named Jordan. She was very helpful very knowledgeable and kind She even knew the history of Fried‘s bakery that I asked her and I thought that was so cool so kudos to her the sweets were great, but the customer service was excellent. we’ll make it a point to get back there just for that!!

When I walked in, there was a girl with multi-colored hair that was on her phone and seemed totally uninterested in assisting customers. Then, a white woman with brown hair and piercings, one of the other employees referred to her as "Clo" or "Chloe", had the worst attitude and seemed to be irritated at just my existence. She seemed annoyed that she had to assist me. Why have a customer service job if you aren't going to provide good customer service? It was disappointing and honestly caused me to not end up purchasing anything. She was totally rude. I honestly would've rather had the girl in the back serve me while actively using her phone. I'd recommend going to any other Freed's location in the area, because they really do have some yummy desserts. Total letdown though. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery across the Vegas Valley, pricing is based on the zip code for the delivery address. We ask for a three hour window in which someone will be able to accept the cake. For more information regarding our delivery policies, click below to visit our terms of service.

How far in advance do I have to place my order?
While we are able in many cases to fulfill same day orders at our Eastern location or for local delivery, we ask for at least 24-48 hours notice to place a cake order (and 72 hours for our Dessert Shop locations), though some designs may require more time. Occasionally, especially during wedding or holiday season, we may be limited by current orders and unable to accept more orders or certain labor intensive designs, so we recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible.
Am I able to customize my order?
In almost all cases we are able to customize a design. For simple changes like writing or color, requests can be made in the "special instructions" field on the Cart page. For more complex modifications or specific questions we recommend reaching out via email (info@freedsbakery.com) or by phone at (702) 456-7762.
How do I get a quote for a custom cake?
The best way to receive an accurate quote is to send us an email at info@freedsbakery.com or visiting our Contact Us page. Photos or images of the desired cake help us out greatly, in addition to the event date as well as the number of guests you're looking to serve.
Do you offer cakes with edible printed images on them?
We do! You can check out a basic design for edible printed cakes online, though most designs can be customized with edible photos.

How does shipping work?
Please keep in mind the date of shipping selected at checkout will be the date the items ordered willleavethe bakery, not arrive at their destination.
Because of the fragile nature of our cookies, some breakage may occur during transport but will not affect the taste and quality of our treats! We highly discourage shipping cookies via ground during the summer months or once temperatures have reached 80+ degrees as chocolate will melt and the cookies will not arrive in good shape. If you're one of those folks that doesn't mind getting a melty mess (still tastes great!) you can confirm that you'd still like to receive the cookies via ground in the special instructions, but please keep in mind we won't be responsible for the messy state of the cookies 😬.
We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible. Generally the earliest orders are able to be shipped is the next business day as they are received. Please be aware, this processing time is not reflected in shipping options. Please choose the appropriate shipping rate and date of shipping to assure your treats arrive within your desired time frame.
