- DLDaniel Lee1 day ago5.0stumbled onto this spot on our way for some ramen dinner and happy we decided to check them out for dessert! buddy of mine got themselves a Red Velvet cake and some macarons to go for another friend, wife picked up a Parisian Chocolate Cake and an Ice Cream sandwich, and i got myself a NY cheesecake. Buddy gave a thumbs up on their red velvet and the ice cream sandwich itself was pretty mid (the cookie parts were too cold and grainy from being frozen while the Oreo ice cream itself a passable homemade Oreo ice cream) the NY cheesecake was tasty, but idk if i would say it is a good "NY" cheesecake. there's a buttercream(?) layer on top that was oddly pleasant and the cheesecake itself made me think it was actually more based on a Japanese style cheesecake. was i offended at it not being a NY style cheesecake? no. it's a tasty cheesecake. the winner had to be that Parisian chocolate cake. 10/10 this chocolate cake is worth every penny for every bite. the chocolate tastes like quality chocolate and the cake is nice and moist. i might go back and try the red velvet myself because i suspect the cakes are where it's at. the staff behind the counter were pleasant and the shop itself was clean and cute. what a great find!

The manager Taylor is so helpful anytime I need anything I know I can count on her! I feel bad because sometimes they end up staying later than the other locations which doesn't seem fair. This is hands down my favorite location and the only reason why I would go way out to the Eastern location is because there are some treats that aren't at The Bend that are only at Eastern. Hands down my favorite location! The Bend Rocks!!!
- NRNette RabNov 7, 20253.0Stopped by after dining at the brewery across the ways. We wanted something sweet. All of the desserts looked delicious. We opted for h he Almond and Mexican Cookie. Personally for me I was not pleased with it. And maybe because I've had some really good almond cookies elsewhere. Also, the Mexican cookie which is similar to Jewish wedding and snowball cookie was ok. There was an after taste that I didn't like. Next time I'll try a different cookie as they all looked yummy. The workers were all so nice and friendly too.
- DHDebra HernandezOct 30, 20253.0I came to Freed's after my Walmart order was canceled. I noticed that the location was at Sunset, which is by my house. To my surprise it was the Sunset next to Ikea, not the Sunset in Henderson so it was a 30 minute drive. I had a hard time finding the store because it's part of a small shopping center/mall. I had to park, get out of my vehicle and walk through the strip mall to find it. The store was clean and it was apparent I was among the well-to-do. Everyone I spoke with gave raving reviews; however, I felt the cake itself was average at best, especially for the cost. In my opinion, the frosting is quite good. Although it appeared to be thick frosting, it wasn't as sweet as others I've tasted, and I was pleased with this. Ultimately, my son liked the cake. From a "grown-up" standpoint, the cake was overpriced and nothing "magical," but it got the job done. We had a birthday cake for my sons 6th birthday.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery across the Vegas Valley, pricing is based on the zip code for the delivery address. We ask for a three hour window in which someone will be able to accept the cake. For more information regarding our delivery policies, click below to visit our terms of service.

How far in advance do I have to place my order?
While we are able in many cases to fulfill same day orders at our Eastern location or for local delivery, we ask for at least 24-48 hours notice to place a cake order (and 72 hours for our Dessert Shop locations), though some designs may require more time. Occasionally, especially during wedding or holiday season, we may be limited by current orders and unable to accept more orders or certain labor intensive designs, so we recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible.
Am I able to customize my order?
In almost all cases we are able to customize a design. For simple changes like writing or color, requests can be made in the "special instructions" field on the Cart page. For more complex modifications or specific questions we recommend reaching out via email (info@freedsbakery.com) or by phone at (702) 456-7762.
How do I get a quote for a custom cake?
The best way to receive an accurate quote is to send us an email at info@freedsbakery.com or visiting our Contact Us page. Photos or images of the desired cake help us out greatly, in addition to the event date as well as the number of guests you're looking to serve.
Do you offer cakes with edible printed images on them?
We do! You can check out a basic design for edible printed cakes online, though most designs can be customized with edible photos.

How does shipping work?
Please keep in mind the date of shipping selected at checkout will be the date the items ordered will leave the bakery, not arrive at their destination.
Because of the fragile nature of our cookies, some breakage may occur during transport but will not affect the taste and quality of our treats! We highly discourage shipping cookies via ground during the summer months or once temperatures have reached 80+ degrees as chocolate will melt and the cookies will not arrive in good shape. If you're one of those folks that doesn't mind getting a melty mess (still tastes great!) you can confirm that you'd still like to receive the cookies via ground in the special instructions, but please keep in mind we won't be responsible for the messy state of the cookies 😬.
We always do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible. Generally the earliest orders are able to be shipped is the next business day as they are received. Please be aware, this processing time is not reflected in shipping options. Please choose the appropriate shipping rate and date of shipping to assure your treats arrive within your desired time frame.
