  I was disappointed this visit. My friends and I love a relaxing lunch at Flemings. The atmosphere is quiet and service is good. This was the first time I was disappointed. We had Filet Mignon sandwiches, which comes with fries for about $20. Good value, but I have to say it was average at best. We ordered carrot cake to share. It was not great. And the icing on the cake, it was $17!!! Never again. That is outrageous!!! To top it off, they charged $6 for a club soda. Maybe it was just an off day, but I won't be rushing back!

  I would give 10 stars if I could! Unbeatable food, service and atmosphere! Our steaks were PERFECT and all the sides were delicious! There is an extensive wine selection and a great variety of desserts to suit everyone. April and her staff are very friendly and attentive and give top-notch, personalized service! This is the perfect place for special occasions and a place you must experience!

  Ok, so this troubles me because I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I just cannot get over my experience. We ordered the calamari appetizer, the chefs short rib and filet dishes and a side of mashed potatoes. The calamari was decent from my perspective but my daughter loved it. Her filet was ok as were the mashed potatoes. The spinach was a win from both of us. Amazing flavor and texture. My short rib was so disappointing that it confused me. I should have taken pictures. It was literally 70-85% fat and the little bit of meat that I was able to pull was just not it. I know it was seen when my plate was taken. I avoid any and everything, but wanted to look up the meat afterwards. I may not be aware of new styles or whatnot. No where could I find a short rib that had anywhere near the appearance of what was served to me. I am just in awe with this, because I was under the impression that this was a Darden restaurant, which was why I chose to try it. The staff was amazingly friendly and my drink remained full. This and Papi's in Miami are my worst steakhouse experiences I have ever had. It saddens me that I know that I could have went to Longhorn and actually enjoyed my dinner. Lesson learned. The two stars are for the amazing staff and the appetizer and spinach. I have never tried Papi's ever since and will not Flemings either. I honestly hope it's because it is a tourist area, because this cannot be a representation of Darden.
