- EFEsteban FavelaDec 31, 20252.0It’s ok if you have 40mins to spare for the wrong order. Mass chaos tonight, multiple people coming back to the counter for incorrect or incomplete orders. I think the problem stems from having 3 ordering kiosks that allow no queue for ordering. The separate milkshake island is also a problem as orders are no separate and there is no consistency or reasoning for order numbers. They can be calling order 78 and immediately 188 with no correlation as to what’s next. Grill was making 10 patties at a time, that’s 5 burgers. I think it’s ill equipped for handling Vegas crowds and a larger part of the footprint is focused on the booze slushies… Very poor service and quality tonight, walk the block and go to in n out.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
