Five Guys is definitely my favorite burger spot! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Carson helped us today, and he’s top-notch! He was patient with my children’s orders and so pleasant. He truly represents Five Guys and their values well. Customer service is #1 at Five Guys!

The beef burger tasted rancid. Not only did it taste bad, I couldn't eat it for fear of getting sick. The fries were soggy and very greasy. $20 plus for crap food. No wonder the place is virtually empty during lunch time. Never again.

11/14/25 (4pm)- I'm updating my review because I can see the positive changes made by management. I was greeted by the staff as I walked in and the order was ready as soon as I arrived! Thank you for taking suggestions seriously 💓
-------
October 2025 - I'm giving this location 1 star in the hopes the District Manager will audit this location.
*First and foremost, the poor attitude and lack of urgency from the staff is the main problem.*
I came in today (Sunday around 1pm) and ALL crew had a distasteful attitude towards the customers. No greetings. I had to ask the gentleman baging takeout orders to 'drop fresh fries' for the Uber Eats order i was picking up. (Since company policy has customers wait for fresh fries until the driver arrives at the restaurant). He completely ignored me until he was done talking to his coworker. His female coworker also had a bad attitude.
The food for the customer was actually ready, but not bagged. Just sitting on the counter.
**This is the problem with company policy. Takeout and delivery orders should be bagged as soon as they are completed. As a delivery driver, I should not have to wait for food to be prepared once I arrive, it should be made a soon as the ticket is printed. This puts all of my other orders behind (today I had 2 other orders I was delivering at the same time). * I have already spoken to a manager at this location about this issue. She told me I could "call ahead" to let the restaurant know when I will be arriving. But after the poor attitude and service from the crew, I received today; that would be pointless.
I'd also like to make note how extremely wasteful it is it double bag a delivery order. If all items fit into one bag. There's no reason to double bag the order unless it has beverages, or needs a bag with a handle. It's wasteful and not cost-effective. Please do better!
SN: I deliver for this location quite often. These are reoccurring issues. Not just today's incident
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
