The burgers were cooked medium, and it was very apparent that they had both been thrown together as the cheese was barely on the patty. It was also SO cold in the lobby that it felt warmer outside on a cold winter evening.

I stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came to take my order, then I was told they’re running behind and he didn’t know when my food would be ready. There are no other customers. I’m on my way to the office so I can’t just hang out waiting for the restaurant to catch up. Will not return to this location. Get your act together!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
