But on this particular day, over two weeks ago, I was given the wrong burger. I was given a little hamburger instead of the regular burger that comes with two patties, that I paid for. I called in and spoke with Noah, who said he’s the General Manager. He said I’ll be receiving a gift card to my email, hopefully within the next day or so, but it’s been over two weeks. When I call and ask for him, I’m always told he’s not available or he isn’t there. And the fact that I haven’t heard anything, yet he asked me for all of my contact information, says a lot! The only reason he offered to send a gift card via email, is because I live a little further away to just have turned back around to go pick up the right burger.
