Especially when there is no option to add notes to order on Postmates/UberEats, I rely on calling to correct basic items; yet no one picks up. I specifically wanted Little Cajun Fries, but the only option available was Little Fries, and without anyone answering the phone, there is zero way to fix it. I also cannot add an additional side of sauce, which should be a simple request. This ongoing lack of communication and flexibility is extremely frustrating and significantly downgrades the quality of my orders. If this issue is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to stop ordering from this restaurant altogether. Customer service is everything and you guys repeatedly failed to provide any assistance to your customers. Food is good but we are in Vegas I’ll take my business elsewhere
