As with all places, this one has gotten a little pricier.
$10 bucks for a chicken quesadilla is a bit too much. (Especially when you only get 3 pieces with limited chicken in it.)
Used to be my favorite place for a quick, fast food dinner, but I have scaled back.
My original 2 piece white meat meal is now around $11 bucks. (And it's only 1 chicken breast & 1 wing and 2 small sides.)
If I'm tired and don't wanna cook, then for convenience, I'll still eat here occasionally.
However, after all the years that my family and I have been going here as regulars, we've sadly had to taper off from eating there.
Overall, the price scale doesn't justify the cost.
Again, it's just my opinion...

If you love customer service, this is not the restaurant for you. You have to order on the kiosk that is right next to the register that has an employee at it. That person isn’t going to tell you to use the kiosk. The other employee that walks up also won’t tell you. She also won’t listen when you say excuse me to ask a question. Maybe the super scent is from today’s rain? Regular Pollo Loco food. It’s good everywhere.

They really should be called slow food , it took 25 minutes to get my food , a burrito, salad and a a taco no one else was inside and when I pulled in only 2 cars where in the drive thru, idk if they forgot or that's how it is , they did apologize a couple times, but then the hot food was cold and the cold food was warm,
