We were sure that something was missing and sure enough he forgot a whole order not to mention the chip bag was turned upside down in the bottom of the bag and there’s bits of cold chicken probably from a different order inside the bag we had to go inside where we were met with more sucky people who ignored us to replace the order that they never rang us up for it also, I’d appreciate it if you got rid of that pizza face handling our food. We had ordered three combos one whole order, missing two sides and a drink.

Compared to the other locations in town, this one stands out as truly amazing. Great work everyone. Thanks for being the best el pollo loco I’ve ever been to in 30 years.
