  Servicio muy mal, llamé para poner una queja y me cortaron la llamada, salí de mi trabajo y solo quería agarrar algo de comer por qué tenía mucha hambre le pedí a la muchacha que me atendió que checara bien la orden y me dijo ya la chequie, al llegar a mi casa me faltaban las tortillas, y no iba a regresar, llamé y me contestaron y me cortaron la llamada, muy mal servicio en la tienda esperé como 10 minutos en el drive thru cuando yo ya estaba lista para ordenar me dijeron que les diera un momento y solo se escuchaban risas y risas y a los 10 minutos tomaron mi orden, pésimo servicio no volveré

  The two tacos I got were dry as the Sahara dessert overloaded with cilantro if I wanted to order vegetarian tacos I would of asked and the chipotle chicken burrito I got was rushed and not well put together with barely any chicken mostly rice with giant chunks of tomatoes and they need to get their soda machine together.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. My tostada bowl was cold and completely soggy — the shell had zero crunch and clearly was not fresh. Jose, who took my order, was rude and dismissive. When I asked about chicken breast, he said it would be a 45-minute wait without offering any other options. He also hesitated to give me salsa, which should not be an issue. To make matters worse, when I called the store to address the issue, someone kept hanging up on me. That is completely unprofessional. I would appreciate being contacted regarding this experience and receiving a refund or replacement. This was unacceptable service.

  I have been to different pollo loco locations and this one is my favorite. I go there about 4 times a week because my kid loves the grill chicken. I must say I have always had a good experience at this place. Jessica has served me many times and she’s the best. She’s always in a good mood. Good food, great customer service 👌

  I rarely used to come to pollo loco but a couple months ago i started coming here and i mainly come around 6-8pm bc of work but i wanted to recognize the cook that always make my chicken freshly grilled, his name starts with an E. but he does an excellent job at making chicken also helps with any questions you have. I only ever order when he’s there that way my chicken hits everytime with flavor!!!!
