I've also had many mistakes in the past. After avoiding this location for a long time, I finally tried it again. Tried to order a 12 piece family meal. Was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes, if I wanted to order that. There was no bone in chicken available! Frustrated, I just ordered something small that was available and had to make another stop to feed my family dinner. They also almost forgot one of my items. They get no more chances from me. I'm completely done with this location!

This was the first and last time I or 12 of my coworkers will ever use this store’s catering service or the catering service for El Pollo Loco ever again!! They sent us the order on time, but there were items missing and they did not send us any plates. Any utensils or any napkins!! For $175 no plates no napkins no utensils unbelievable!!! When I called the manager, a Hispanic male answered the phone said he was the manager. He said he would try to help us. He was sorry and then he wouldn’t send us the items that were missing. We would’ve had to drive there to pick them up.!!! What?!! The whole purpose of having a catered meal is so that we don’t have to go get it at our lunch hour!!! How dare you pack of clowns?!!! He said, go ahead and make your complaint in a very confrontational way. Why did he do that? Because he knows he does not care at all!! This was a waste of money and a waste of time and we will never do it again and all 12 of my coworkers agreed and they are beginning their campaign to badmouth this particular El Pollo Loco location and what happened!! Word of mouth is much more powerful than these companies think. It’s obvious that the manager doesn’t care the least they could’ve done was send us somebody with this stuff quickly. We were right down the road to give us what we needed because we paid for it!!! Your apology is meaningless and it is not accepted. Don’t waste your time and money with this location they don’t care. You’re liable to get sick that’s how much they don’t care!!
