I've also had many mistakes in the past. After avoiding this location for a long time, I finally tried it again. Tried to order a 12 piece family meal. Was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes, if I wanted to order that. There was no bone in chicken available! Frustrated, I just ordered something small that was available and had to make another stop to feed my family dinner. They also almost forgot one of my items. They get no more chances from me. I'm completely done with this location!
