- GBGardner Broadbent4 days ago5.0It's been probably 3 or 4 years since I last went to an El Pollo Loco because of their incredible lack of follow up on customer service issue I had with them but I decided to give them another chance. I've always liked the food but their customer service department SUCKS. I sent them emails and even a handwritten letter regarding a service issue I had in one of their restaurants in Southern California and they NEVER responded. So today I stopped in at one of their restaurants in North Las Vegas and I must say I was very pleased with everything. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was bright and clean, service was quick and food was great. This was at 11:30 on a Friday afternoon. I am glad that I stopped by and I'm happy to report that I have now put this chain back into my regular rotation for fast food restaurants that I regularly visit.
