I clearly asked for 8 green sauces and 4 red sauces, and instead I got 4 green sauces and 6 pico. I said red sauce, not pico. She also assumed I wanted a regular order without asking. There was absolutely no customer service. She didn’t care about fixing the mistake or listening. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars.

I've always liked the food but their customer service department SUCKS. I sent them emails and even a handwritten letter regarding a service issue I had in one of their restaurants in Southern California and they NEVER responded. So today I stopped in at one of their restaurants in North Las Vegas and I must say I was very pleased with everything. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was bright and clean, service was quick and food was great. This was at 11:30 on a Friday afternoon. I am glad that I stopped by and I'm happy to report that I have now put this chain back into my regular rotation for fast food restaurants that I regularly visit.
