- NNNessaOct 9, 20251.0Worst place to be when you're hungry and in a rush. Went around 3:00 p.m. just me and my pup to get something for the road .I ordered online. My order was a guacamole chicken burrito with the large drink and a kids meal for my pup. We did the online order ahead of time and went through the drive-thru to pick up. When I went to the drive-thru to pick up the poor guy stated that he was working alone and that he would bring out my order once it was ready if I could park in the front. I told him okay and waited 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I went through the drive-thru again waved at the guy and he said he was so sorry because he was working alone. I sympathized even though I was still waiting for it and I have somewhere I had to go. When I got my food it was cold and I was missing the drink. I let the guy know that about the drink and that the food was cold. He just apologized again but because I had to go. No one helped him and that was unfortunate. when I looked behind him as he was getting the large drink I saw that the line crew was just messing around. It's such a shame. In the end the order was wrong. That chicken guacamole burrito had only beans and really hard leftover chicken that had been chopped hours ago.
