  Service is above and beyond. For being short-staffed with heavy traffic I got my large family order in less than 15 minutes. Chicken is good but has gotten smaller. I had a coupon and self-order kiosk took it and ordering my food was easy.

  This location has almost no lines and saves me so much time, their service is good, not exceptional which is expected out of a fast food place but their location is clean, easy in and out especially in the drive thru but their family meals are always excellent as of late. Best flame-grilled with that tiny hint of lemon and way better than the burnt dehydrated baby chicken I experience from the Montecito/Durango location. This location is so underrated, their chickens are made so juicy and exactly what I love tasting and expect out of having EPL for the last 30 years of my life. They even give me some coupons on occasion and it always brings me back. And their horchata is SWEET and NOT WATERED DOWN like other locations :) Use those coupons! It’ll save you $10+ on those family meals!!

  I came up in here and this robust individual named Vanessa was chewing out her employee cuz some Karen was upset about her drink or something. Disgusting that a manager would let her staff be berated like that. I am going to make sure to never come to this location anymore. We need to take a stand!!!

  Took like 15 minutes at the window to get my food, ordered rice and corn, got mac and beans, I came back, took a long time to get my rice and corn.

  how is the ENTIRE staff incompetent they could not serve a meal in a reasonable time frame if their lives depended on it I JUST WANTED A BURRITO why am i waiting 30 minutes for a burrito and then the chicken in my burrito is funky and burnt?? ur joking
