- SMShavonia Merriweather4 days ago1.0My husband and I are from out of town and we came in and tried to place order around 9:20am...and we were greeted with the most disrespectful words and called us "monkeys" saying "the monkeys are here" and never took our order. The cashier that was taking orders just walked away with this dumb look and came back looking the same way not trying to take our order. Not to mention this was done on front of customers and manager with the dirty pink her who joined in the rhetoric!!! This is one of the most basic places to eat and the service given was trash and everyone from the front to back NEEDS TO BE FIRED. They were so loud with the disrespectful comments and laughing that I'M NEVER EVER EATING HERE AGAIN & CORPORATE GETTING A MESSAGE!!!

Louie was so welcoming & his positive energy really enhanced the experience, & was a great start to our day. He makes a mean latte too. The maple house bagel was good, nice bagels. Lots of options! Thanks for a great breakfast!
