Bagel was toasted to perfection and they prepared my bagel to my specifications. The attendant that took my order was friendly and very professional, payed attention and knew his products. Very satisfying experience. I would try to improve on the feel of the place if it were my business, overall it felt a bit too stark and impersonal. But you do bagels right and apparently know how to hire, and train the best employees. Well done!
