Paulette answered and was very rude about needing to place my order online and didn’t take it. I explained to her that my app wasn’t working, and she just said to just come in to order it. Then when I went in once I saw her yelling at one of her employees. She always has an attitude. The rest of the workers are great tho.

I usually come in around 5 AM, and Paulette is always there with a big smile and friendly attitude — she really makes the morning better! The bagels are always fresh and taste great, and as someone who drinks decaf, I really appreciate that they always have a fresh pot brewed every time I’ve been in. The store is clean, the rest of the staff is friendly, and it’s just a nice way to start the day. Big shoutout to Paulette for always being so kind and welcoming!
