    This store is mismanaged and they don't know what they are doing. Long wait times and a waste of time. DEI general manager couldn't even pack one order right, missing items. Go somewhere else

    So every time i order through the app. I put not toasted. It doesn’t matter what location i order from. I get toasted begal when it says not toasted (i highlighted it on my recipe). I feel that if i dont want it toasted it shouldnt come up to tell them not toasted because they see toasted and toast my bagels i dont like my bagels toasted. I order from app when i am on my way to work and dont have time to ask them to fix it. Like just do it right the first time. It says not toasted dont toast my bagels. ALSO every time it toasted at any location it tastes like all the other stuff that been in toaster and taste burnt. It is gross i throw the bagels away everytime and wait to eat until lunch.
