The differentiating factor is how you resolve it and Azreal not only handled it the right way but showed even while they were extremely busy they can still do the right thing! Thank you guys for being awesome especially under serious pressure!

At 10:30 I was told my order would take 6 more minutes. 26 minutes to get my sandwich. I told the cashier to keep it. Give it away. I had to leave to get to an appointment. Approx $12 (including tip) down the drain. Never returning.

The food is great though and it's the only thing close to my job. Update: it's funny that the owner responded but the customer service and the service in general at that location has only gotten worse to the point where today is my last day going there they never have coffee The coffee section is never stalled they have no sugar half the time no cream half the time no coffee have the damn time it's ridiculous they have the worst system in place the cashier is horrible The whole thing is a joke and it's a shame because the food was good but I ain't going there ever again I'll go eat somewhere else
